About GYROKINESIS®, GYROTONIC®
GYROKINESIS® GYROTONIC® exercise allows the flow of energy in the body while strengthening the muscles and increasing flexibility and joint’s range of motion. They both benefit all levels of students. With rhythm and breathing patterns it frees the movement and reveals new dynamics.
GYROKINESIS® includes gentle body awakening, spiral motions sitting on a stool and finally mat work for strength and flexibility. GYROTONIC® is done with the help of the equipment. The pully Tower is used as a counter balance to gain awareness of the movement and deepen it.
